A Love for Liberal Arts: Mark Lewis 鈥�77
A voracious appetite for reading began at an early age for Mark Lewis 鈥�77. That love for learning guided Lewis to F&M and continues to inspire him to give back to the College. A donor since 1987, Lewis is a recent inductee into the John Marshall Society, a growing group of alumni and friends who have made lifetime gifts totaling $100,000 or more.

Turning College Dreams Into Global Goals
With a passion for psychology and natural gift for helping others, April Rump 鈥�25 set her sights on F&M, a college she said 鈥渏ust felt right.鈥� Financial aid played a crucial role in her journey, empowering her to not only attend F&M, but study abroad as well. 鈥淔&M provided the space for me to grow and explore, making a difference in my life in ways I never imagined,鈥� she said.

Supporting Future Diplomats
鈥淚 look back and appreciate my time as a student-athlete at F&M, and I want to support that for future F&M students,鈥� Jennifer Dubow 鈥�04 says. 鈥淭hrough my work, I've seen how athletic departments are never fully funded, even though many from the outside would assume that they are. I see all the good work that coaches and administrators do for these young people and want to contribute to F&M being a great place for student-athletes to have an amazing collegiate experience while getting a high-quality education.鈥�
